Be Bright Subscription Box Membership Terms
Be Bright Box Subscriptions are for an ongoing service that is billed quarterly. If you have questions about your membership at any time, please contact us at email@example.com. By “adding to cart” and purchasing you are agreeing to our Membership Terms.
Be Bright Box is a recurring quarterly subscription box designed for those who want to infuse more color and whimsy into their homes. Please review these Be Bright Box Subscription Membership Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Membership you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Memberships are continuous and automatically renew unless you cancel or we terminate your account.
1. Seasonal Subscription: A “Seasonal” subscription consists of an initial seasonal product box (each, a “Box”) and additional seasonal Boxes sent out quarterly thereafter. If you sign up for a Be Bright Subscription Membership, you will be immediately billed $158.00 and that season’s Box will be the first box you receive. The specific box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $158.00 plus shipping up to three weeks in advance of the subsequent seasonal box shipment date, and every season (so, four times a year) thereafter. Seasonal Memberships automatically renew each “Season” (i.e., calendar quarter) and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged as described above. Charge dates (after your initial purchase) are March 1, June 1, September 1, and December 1.
2. Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Subscriptions. In order to cancel your Subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicate that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions that we send you in response; (b) call us at 1-314-472-3457, indicate that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions given. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be submitted 3 days prior to the recharge date. Seasonal recharge dates are March 1st, June 1st, September 1st and December 1st.
3. Be Bright Box Shipment & Returns: Each Box contains an assortment of products curated by the Be Bright team. Some items in the subscription box are made exclusively for you. Once a box has been shipped it may not be returned or refunded. The refund policy for Be Bright Boxes is different than our Bonboni Mercantile Co. refund policy, which does not apply to Be Bright Boxes.
4. Shipping: Subscription boxes are to be shipped via UPS ground shipping OR USPS Priority (at our discretion) and only offered to the contiguous United States. At this time, we can’t ship to PO Boxes or APO military mailboxes. Please keep your shipping address up to date at all times. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
Shipping addresses must be updated by the 1st day of the shipment month. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered Be Bright Boxes if you do not have a current and/or correct shipping address on file with us.
As a Be Bright Box subscriber, you will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found in the Be Bright Subscription Box. Be Bright Box content is not for resale. Your purchase of the Be Bright Box does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. We reserve the right to cancel a subscription at anytime. Should a violation occur, your subscription will be immediately cancelled.
